Jenny Menzel

Jenny is an artist, writer, and lifelong explorer of alternative health solutions in her journey to heal from chronic pain and illness. Her creative path began in childhood and led to earning a degree in Graphic Design in California. After returning to her roots in South Dakota, she invested over a decade crafting the identities of local and national brands as a promotional marketing consultant. Additionally, as a South Dakota roster artist since 2015, she’s been teaching digital and fine art in schools and nonprofits across the state, with specialties in art education, photorealism, photography, and graphic design. She’s also contributed to Lyme disease awareness as a lead designer of the global grassroots movement, the Lyme Disease Challenge. Most recently, she co-created Wisdom of the Century, a limited-edition coffee table book featuring life stories from 90 individuals over the age of 90 in Florida, launched at the HistoryMiami Museum in 2024.
