Alex Tucker

Alex Tucker is an HWA writer from the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia. His books include the Indieverse-nominated novella Afraid to Feel and Scared Sh!tless, a collection of stories. In 2027, two novels by Alex will be published by TBA independent presses. His short fiction has been featured in Occupying Bodies from Black Hare Press, Carols for the Dead from Desiree Horton, Smitten Land from Laughing Man House, Behind the Shadows from Inkd Publishing, Of Beasts and Bones by Inky Bones Press, Horror Tree’s Trembling with Fear, Virginia Fantastic by Whitaker Lyon Press, Southern Monsters by Frightful Fables, Strange Tales of Space and Time by Burial Books, SGNL Magazine, and Creepy Podcast. Alex’s story “Blue Hole” was recently shortlisted for Brave New Weird at Tenebrous Press. He currently lives in Escondido with his wife and their two cats.
