Jameson Evan Salas has spent his life talking to animals—and swears a few have talked back. A lifelong animal lover and serial rescuer, his home is basically a pet sanctuary with more fur than furniture. Jameson deeply understands the heartache of losing a beloved pet because, to him, they’ve always been family (and usually the ones who listen best). He's also a proud dad to a brilliant, curious daughter who keeps him on his toes and reminds him daily that snacks solve most problems. When he’s not writing or scooping kibble, hay or fish food, you can find him losing yet another sock to the laundry abyss or pretending he knows how to garden.
