Her background includes co-launching a Leadership and Team Coaching Program for 28,000 employees in the Public Sector. She ongoingly coaches for Ted Talks.
She completed a Doctorate in Leadership Development and Executive Coaching for which she won the Goulding Award for “most outstanding professional doctorate’ for her contributions to the field of team effectiveness and team coaching’.
