Driven by a passion for living deeply and curiously, I pursue stories that embrace the world’s wonders and confront its trials—charging forward even when life becomes a blazing fire that must be run through.

My work explores personal struggle and human complexity through intimate portrayals, focusing not on grand events but on the people who endure them. I use creative framing to subtly draw the wider world into each individual’s story—allowing the personal effect to echo the universal tale.

I write in spontaneous bursts, often beginning with handwritten drafts before shaping them digitally. My stories are born from lived experience and childhood imagination—an early practice of sketching elaborate drawings that evolved with each stroke. I’d spend hours absorbed in those images, mentally reconstructing scenes and animating emotions, long before I ever wrote them down.

Born and raised in Michigan, I now live in Howell, where storytelling finds balance in the many hobbies I enjoy. I enjoy growing barley and brew my own beer using hand crafted malts. My many hands-on rituals reconnect me to life’s textures and flavor the quieter spaces between words.
