Dr. Kirk "Captain" Phillips

Phillips served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force before continuing his career across government, industry, and higher education, with leadership roles spanning technology, education, organizational transformation, and artificial intelligence. He earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Organizational Innovation from Marymount University, where his research focused on the diffusion and adoption of artificial intelligence in higher education.
