Joy Evermore

Joy Evermore is the pen name of award-winning author Gay Page. Created to bring a sense of play, imagination, and heart to children’s stories, Joy’s mission is simple: to help kids discover the power of kindness, respect, and positive choices through the magic of coloring, creativity, and Bixby, the Grand Poodle of Paws-itivity.

Behind the Joy Evermore name is Gay’s extensive background in leadership, training, and public speaking. As the former Executive Director of the Colorado Federal Executive Board, she designed and delivered programs that inspired growth, resilience, and collaboration between public, private, and nonprofit organizations. Today, she brings those same skills to her writing and teaching—translating big ideas about values and character into playful lessons kids can understand.

Through Bixby’s Kindness Clubhouse and companion resources, Joy Evermore blends imagination with social-emotional learning, offering educators, parents, and kids a fun way to practice life’s most important values.
