Rob Payne III

Rob Payne III, (pronounced R-O-B Payne the Third), is a multifaceted artist from Philadelphia's suburbs. As a rapper, singer, and music writer, he launched his music career with his first commercial release in the early 1990s. In 2009 he graduated from America's Driving Force, a class A commercial driver's license school that was located in Conley, Georgia driving for over 10 years on and off. In addition to authoring books, which he began publishing in 2025, Rob continues to create and release new music, staying true to his artistic music roots.
