Shailesh Vaidya

Shailesh Vaidya is a business technologist, serial entrepreneur, and fearless experimenter who has spent over 33+ years building and scaling ventures across the globe. With a sharp mind for strategy and a nose for innovation, he’s helped companies turn tech into transformation and chaos into opportunity.

From founding and exiting multiple companies to guiding business leaders as an outsourced CxO, Shailesh has earned a reputation for saying what needs to be said, doing what needs to be done, and laughing at the rest. He’s worked across industries, borders, and boardrooms—but his real success lies in the lessons learned (and taught) along the way.

When he's not helping businesses stay ahead of the curve, you’ll find him chasing new ideas, sharing hard truths with good humour, and living life exactly the way he built his career: Off script.
