Ethan Persoff

Ethan Persoff is an archivist, writer, and comic artist, whose work preserving counterculture literature and underground ideas has been widely recognized. He preserved the entire run of Paul Krassner's The Realist, a near complete run of John Wilcock's Other Scenes and helped keep Evergreen Review alive online as a concluding project with Barney Rosset. His current project focuses on the life of satirist Terry Southern, which is being completed in collaboration with the Terry Southern Literary Trust and includes art by Persoff with his longtime collaborator Scott Marshall.
