Mary Brinton MSN, RN, PMH-BC, is a psychiatric-mental health nurse, certified life & grief coach and motherless daughter who has turned her personal journey into a mission of compassion and hope. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Nursing and a postgraduate certificate in Thanatology - the study of death, dying and bereavement - Mary brings both clinical expertise and a deeply personal perspective to her work.
After losing her mother, Mary walked a path of profound grief that inspired her to guide others facing the same journey. Drawing on over 30 years of experience in nursing and coaching, she blends evidence-based psychology, spiritual wisdom, and heart-centered story telling to support women in healing from mother loss.
Mary is the author of Love Carries On: A Soulful Guided Journal for Daughters Grieving Their Mothers, designed to help daughters process grief with grace and strength. She has also written Walking the Labyrinth: An Exercise in Self-Healing, and leads online support communities and one-to-one coaching sessions for motherless daughters seeking connection and clarity.
