Paul Grant is a seasoned entrepreneur, having established many successful ventures in the past 20 years, building his net worth to place him within the top of the UK’s wealthiest individuals. A graduate with First Class Honours in Civil Engineering from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Paul began his career in the Oil & Gas industry, where he held key positions including Drilling Engineer, Operations Engineer, Rig Manager, Country Manager, Division Manager, Director of Compensation, Human Resources Manager, Vice President of Human Resources, and Director of Marketing. His work has taken him across the globe, from the UK and West Africa to Asia, the Middle East, North and South America.

After transitioning from corporate roles, Paul founded his own companies with various partners, earning a reputation for building wealth, transforming workplace cultures, and driving productivity.
