With over 37 years of hands-on experience in the building, remodeling and inspection industries, I bring a rare blend of technical knowledge and real-world wisdom to this guide. My journey began at just 14 years old, working at a 25-building, 300-unit apartment complex, where I gained early exposure to all aspects of property maintenance, repair and renovation.

I am a 13-year veteran of the home inspection profession and currently serve as Team Leader at the region’s longest-standing and most respected home inspection firm.

My professional background includes:

• 8 years owning and operating a remodeling firm specializing in mid- to high-end renovations

• 11 years in building and remodeling with two established construction firms

• 5 years in apartment complex maintenance, handling everything from grounds-keeping and service calls, to full-unit renovations

But what truly sets me apart is not just my technical skill; it’s my ability to connect with people.

Over decades of working directly with homeowners, buyers, tenants and clients, I have developed a deep understanding of communicating clearly, respectfully and without alarm-ism. I know how to present information in a way that educates rather than overwhelms, and how to guide people through complex processes with honesty, empathy and professionalism.
