Jen Matthews is the worship and creative pastor at Cultivate Church, where she serves alongside her husband, Brandon Matthews. Together, they are raising their son, Asher, with intentional faith. She co-leads SHE, a dynamic women’s ministry, and co-hosts the SHE Grows Podcast, where biblical truth and real-life discipleship empower women to grow deeper in their walk with Christ. With a heart for the local church and a passion for helping others discover their calling, she lives to see people step boldly into the purpose God designed for them.
