Katie Page M.Ed

Katie Page is an award-winning educator and currently the Instructional Technology Coordinator at a public High School district in Illinois. With a passion for innovative teaching and a commitment to student engagement, Katie integrated cutting-edge technology into her curriculum to make complex scientific concepts accessible and exciting.​ Using her years of experience, she now has the pleasure of supporting staff with all things Instructional Tech, including most notably GenAI.

Recognized as the Illinois Physics Teacher of the Year by the American Association of Physics Teachers, Katie's dedication to education extends beyond the classroom. As an Apple Distinguished Educator and Apple Education Forum Ambassador, she collaborates with educators nationwide to enhance learning experiences through technology. Her leadership roles also include serving as the Union Legislative Director for IFT Local 1211, where she advocates for educators and students at the state level.​

Katie's multifaceted approach to education, combining subject matter expertise, technological innovation, and policy advocacy, underscores her commitment to fostering an environment where both students and educators thrive.
