Mauricio “Mau” Espinosa is a leadership coach, business strategist, and author of L.E.T. it Happen. Born in Mexico and now based in Kansas City, he is the founder of G20, Inc., a consulting firm transforming companies across the globe. Mau is known for blending Logic, Emotion, and Tactics (L.E.T.) to help people and organizations navigate change with purpose. Outside of work, he’s a proud dad of four, a lover of horses, golf, dancing, concerts, good food—and a cold pint of Guinness. His mission? Help others become the authors of their own story.
