Katie Torbett is a devoted mother and first-time author who found her voice through the unimaginable journey of baby loss. Katie was inspired to create the Always Around series—a gentle, and deeply personal collection designed to help her children, and others like them, understand grief, love, and remembrance.

Her debut book tenderly addresses the emotions families face after loss, opening the door for healing conversations with young children. Through her writing, Katie offers comfort and clarity, sharing the message that even when someone is no longer here physically, their love is always around.

When she’s not writing or raising her children, Katie finds peace in nature, strength in her faith, and healing in honoring the babies who will always be part of her family’s story. Her mission is to help other families feel less alone and more supported during the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
