I didn’t write Nobody’s Son to be an author — I wrote it because I had to. Because if I didn’t, I’d just be another statistic. Another Black man dead or in prison. Writing this book was survival.

This story is for the broken. For the unadoptable. For the ones they said would never make it. It’s for every foster kid who aged out angry, every boy who had to raise himself in a world that never planned to keep him alive.

I was born wrong. Raised hard. Still breathing.

This book is more than pages — it’s proof. Proof that even when they try to bury you, you can still rise. Still fight. Still write your own ending.
