Daniel Henkel is a federal law enforcement officer, military veteran, and leadership coach who believes real leaders are forged, not born. With over two decades of experience serving in high-pressure environments, Daniel has led through crisis, failure, and the kind of everyday moments that define character more than titles ever could.

He’s the founder of the Ironclad Leadership Institute and author of Forged to Lead: Learning Leadership Through Grit, Failure, and the Furnace of Growth, a raw and relatable look at what it takes to lead with integrity in today’s world.
