Keith Vire

Keith Vire has a Ph.D. in rehabilitation counseling and education from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He has supported individuals who have disabilities and their families since 1975. He retired from his career position as Chief Executive Officer at a large provider agency supporting over 1300 individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. He is currently serving on the faculty of the University of Arkansas, doing research and teaching undergraduates and graduate students in the Special Education Department. Keith is a member of the Guild of American Luthiers and has made over fifty guitars and stringed instruments. He lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas with his wife Jan and 20 guitars.
