Wayne Jones

Wayne is a 30 year member of the fire service that is passionate about instructor development as well as mentoring. He serves as a Captain in the training division where he assist with recruit school instruction as well as professional development instruction. He is a graduate from Columbia Southern University, and a member of the International Society of Fire Service Instructors. He is also the creator of the social media platform and podcast The Firefighters Chalkboard and spends a great deal of his off time mentoring firefighters, instructors, and company officers.
