Sarah Rose

Sarah Rose is the founder of BPD Beautiful, a platform dedicated to educating and supporting individuals navigating borderline personality disorder (BPD), trauma recovery, and healthy relationships. Through authentic recovery blogs, videos, infographics and community engagement - she combines personal insight with resources to create space for healing without sensationalism or stigma.

Sarah is also the bassist and vocalist of the Alt-Emo Rock band Them vs. Her, where she explores emotional storytelling through music. Her work across both mediums is rooted in a desire to tell the truth about complex emotions—and to help others feel less alone in theirs.
