Heiner Barz

Dr. Heiner Barz has been Professor of Educational Research and Educational Management at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf since 2001. Retired since 2023. In addition to his focus on educational marketing, progressive education, and migration, the topic of "education and health" has been an important focus of his research for approximately 15 years. This includes research in the context of school and higher education didactics, and two publications on Robert Koch's work (2023 and 2025). Extracts from his book publications have appeared, for example, in the Hamburger Ärzteblatt (February 2024) and the Pharmazeutische Zeitschrift (Issue 13, 2025).
