Diana Vazquez-Douglas

Diana Vazquez-Douglas was born in Germany to a Puerto Rican father and Austrian mother and raised across Europe and the U.S. as part of a proud Army family. Her early years instilled in her a deep respect for discipline, diversity, and the quiet strength of those who serve.

After careers in banking, affordable housing, and real estate, Diana turned toward healing—both personal and collective. Her writing is now part of the Middle Way Movement series, which invites readers to explore a path of balance, emotional intelligence, and servant leadership in a divided world.

She is also a proud mother of two daughters, both of whom chose healing professions—one as a nurse anesthetist and the other as a physician assistant. Diana lives in Florida with her husband and their well-loved dogs, Kitty and Kali, who keep her grounded and entertained. Her work is a bridge between worlds—spiritual and practical, personal and political—and speaks to those ready for a gentler, wiser way forward.
