She has over three decades of experience in building and implementing HR systems and processes for a number of organisations. Nirmala worked as Manager , Consultant and Executive Coach on assignments across manufacturing, IT and the services.

She has an in depth understanding of the importance of the human factor at work and the demands of the global work place.

Nirmala is a postgraduate from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society of Training and Development (ISTD) and is a Certified Leadership Coach.

Nirmala is the Founder Trustee of Kindness Unlimited . She finds purpose in driving and curating volunteering experiences for undergraduates in colleges, helping build the compassion muscle . Reimagining India to KINDia is the vision of Kindness Unlimited .
