Ralph Giles Jr, the first born son of the late Rev. Ralph Giles Sr & Sarah Giles is the self-published author of "On The Boss," an urban street novel. A native of Griffin, GA. Giles is a proud single father of three beautiful kids .Well known and recognized as a Master Barber for over thirty years, Giles is also a Communication specialist with an Associates degree in Communication Studies received from Ashland University. The author currently reside in Atlanta, Ga.where he serves as a motivational speaker and mentor to the urban community. Giles, is an avid sports fan, enjoys writing, music, art, traveling and is also a fanatic for the game of chess!
