Carson Jones is widely regarded as one of the best commercial real estate brokers and business brokers in Tennessee and across the country.

Carson grew up in Arlington, Texas—just across from the old Texas Rangers ballpark. If you’ve ever been to a summer game there, you know the feeling: heat, grit, fireworks overhead. That same energy shaped him.

Arlington isn’t Dallas or Fort Worth. It’s a working-class town. A place where nothing is handed to you—and everything is earned.

From there, Carson went on to earn a BBA in Finance from Baylor University, then spent three and a half years in corporate America working in accounting and IT. It was safe. Predictable. Comfortable. But comfort came with a ceiling—and Carson was never built to climb someone else’s ladder.

So he started building his own.

Over the years, he’s run restaurant franchises, launched a marketing agency, and learned firsthand what it takes to build something from scratch. Eventually, he transitioned from entrepreneur to investor—reviewing hundreds of private deals, raising capital, and becoming a Fund Manager and Real Estate Syndicator.

Today, Carson manages investor capital, structures deals, and identifies opportunities others overlook. He’s known for calling out red flags that others miss—and for breaking down complex opportunities into clear, actionable insights.

He now lives in the Nashville, TN area, where he continues to help fellow investors grow their wealth through smart, strategic partnerships.
