Peter D. Morris

Peter D. Morris CRX, SCLS, SCSM, SCMD is a recognized commercial real estate expert, holds multiple advanced accreditations in the field, and was named to Who’s Who of North American Executives before age 40. Peter is sought after as a commercial real estate consultant, coach and trainer, speaker, frequent industry contributor, college lecturer, and industry panelist.

As the CEO of the Greenstead Consulting Group since 2009, he has worked in 8 countries, and lived in three, to bring a unique global perspective to income producing real estate. He has worked with brand name institutional owners such as QuadReal, CNL Lifestyle REIT, Cadillac Fairview, Partners REIT, Grosvenor Americas and Brookfield Properties as well as Colliers International and CBRE. His clients include developers and real estate owners, tenants such as Anytime Fitness, the Canadian Real Estate Association and many Real Estate Boards across Canada. Previously he was the Chief Operating Officer of a publicly traded REIT.

His broad-based industry experience over four decades covers almost every function and facet of the commercial real estate industry including almost every known asset class.

He has written several books helping readers extract value from their investment whether a landlord or tenant as well as books about selling professional services (Beyond the Surface) and maximum productivity (The G.O.A.L. Code).. He is also an advisor to the Applied Research Department of the School of Retailing at the University of Alberta.
