Hey, I’m Cara.

I write romance because I love stories that stay with you, the kind that make you think about the characters long after you’ve finished the last page.

I tried, for a while, to decide what kind of romance writer I was supposed to be. Contemporary? Psychological? Romantasy? Apparently my brain refused to cooperate. One day I want to continue a cursed world full of history and magic, the next I want to write a steamy bodyguard romance, and the day after that I’m already halfway into a completely different love story.

Sometimes I’m working on several books at once, which may explain why my publication dates occasionally develop a personality of their own. 😂

At the end of the day, I write the stories I want to read first. I want to enjoy them, surprise myself, discover new scenes and new ideas, and hopefully share them with readers who enjoy getting lost in them too.

So yes, I can promise you one thing: I’ll probably keep surprising you. My mind is far too complicated to stay in one lane for very long. ❤️
