Thank you for visiting my author page on Amazon Author Central. I am a lifelong Ohioan (native of the Mahoning Valley in Northeast Ohio). I have had the opportunity to write two books that include topics that are passions of mine, one fiction and one non-fiction. The most recent is Holiday Headlock! Holiday Headlock is a cozy Christmas romantic comedy that features a professional wrestler as the main character. Full of fun characters that you will never forget, wrestler Aaron McClellan returns home to his beloved hometown and re-connects with his high school crush. Aaron grapples with whether to continue life on the road featuring fortune and fame or the life he once dreamed of in Deer Creek Falls! Holiday Headlock was inspired by the influence of my Grandma in my life, who was a lifelong "rasslin" fan and my wife who together we do not miss a good holiday rom com!

My first book was written with my daughter Moira and is titled Aerosmith to ZZ Top: A Dad and Daughter's Rock and Roll Journey! Writing a book with my all-time favorite person was the best! Moira and I had the opportunity to see our favorite bands as she grew up. The book is designed from A (Aerosmith) to Z (ZZ Top) and every letter of the alphabet is represented in between. The bulk of the book was written during the pandemic when we could not attend concerts, so we thought let's write about all of our experiences seeing them!

Professionally, I have spent the majority of my life in education having served as a Teacher, Principal, Superintendent and now a School Treasurer. I had the best students and colleagues an educator could ask for as well as blessed with wonderful friends and family, all who have inspired my writing.
