Scott Norris

Scott Norris is a second-grade teacher, Head Coach of boys’ varsity soccer, Assistant Coach for track, and owner of IMPACT 4X4. Through IMPACT 4X4, Scott mentors high school students in mechanics, media, and marketing while customizing off-road vehicles. His work blends entrepreneurship with purpose, giving students real-world skills and a sense of direction.

A passionate educator and coach, Scott emphasizes the values of Gratitude, Resilience, Integrity, and Triumph in all he does. He lives in Ohio with his wife, Courtney, and is the proud father of three adult children—Taelor, Jared, and Bailey—and grandfather to Marion Kane.
