Patrick Jester

Patrick Jester is an American nonfiction author of Pillars of Command: The Core Values of Leadership, an Amazon Bestseller in Business Ethics (June–July 2025). A U.S. Army veteran and former Blackhawk crew chief, Patrick is the driving force behind Blackthorn Consulting Group, Inc., delivering transformative solutions in quality management systems and training. As a Lead Assessor for ISO/IEC 17025 Calibration Laboratories, an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, NCSLI Board Secretary, and Chair of ASQ’s Measurement Quality Division, he helps companies achieve excellence.

With a Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center, Patrick is an advocate for leadership and strategic growth. His career spans two decades in metrology, quality, and legal compliance, making him a sought-after speaker and mentor in the industry.
