Mrityunjay Kumar Mishra is a first-time author and an entrepreneur whose life experiences fuel his storytelling. A computer engineer by education and a dreamer by choice, he co-founded a tech startup before turning to fiction to explore the emotions technology can’t always capture.

His debut novel, Pagalpanthy – If You Had Loved Someone, is not his own life story—but it is inspired by a true one shared with him nearly a decade ago. Set against the backdrop of a struggling startup, it traces the tender chaos of love, mentorship, and longing. Blending humor, heartbreak, and emotional insight, Mrityunjay weaves a tale that resonates with anyone who has ever loved someone they couldn’t quite hold on to.
