Ana Rotea

Ana Rotea is a Romanian author of children’s fiction, fantasy, and psychological horror. She writes to provoke and unsettle, whether through humor or fear.

Her MEATrilogy series blends black humor, irony, and horror in a future where food has run out, along with nearly every reason to hope.

She grows tomatoes she has no intention of eating, spends more time thinking about what to write next than paying attention to the real world, and works hard at being a difficult-to-please reader.
