Pamela Gray Willcox

Pamela Gray Willcox is a designer, author/illustrator, and creative with over 30 years of experience. With a BFA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and certification in UX/UI design from Career Foundry, she began her career as an Art Director at the University of Tampa. She also founded Graymatters Design, a freelance studio, in Tampa in 1994. She spent 23 years in Colorado with her husband and two children and now lives in the mountains of Virginia. Pamela recently supported schools and educators through Zen Educate in London, UK.

As a children’s book illustrator and author, her whimsical and heartfelt style captures young imaginations, creating immersive visual experiences that educate and delight. Whether designing a brand, mentoring students, or crafting enchanting Illustrations, Pamela blends creativity with purpose.
