ANTÓNIO SILVA E SOUSA

António Silva e Sousa has a double degree, as an actor and director, from the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema, Lisbon, which he completed after attending the Law Course at the Faculty of Law.

He has worked with important Portuguese directors and actors, in venues such as the National Theatre, the Gulbenkian Foundation and the Teatro Experimental de Cascais, as an actor and assistant director, and was headmaster and acting teacher at the Nicolau Breyner Professional School / NB Academy of Actors between 2014 and 2024.

At the same time, and to this day, he promotes, stars in and directs independent performances, either written by himself or in collaboration with others. As an author, in addition to dramatic literature, he has works published or in publication in areas such as prose and poetry.

He has directed a wide variety of shows and, in addition to teaching acting, staging and directing, he has extensive experience as a presenter, trainer, monitor, lecturer and workshop monitor in various areas and for different age groups, from acting to public speaking, from motivational coaching to personal development.
