Lauren Armstrong

Lauren Armstrong is a Sydney based educator, mother of three and the founder of The Self Love, Safe Love Collective. With a career spanning over 15 years in school leadership, as a secondary English teacher and former Dean of School, Lauren brings deep expertise and insight into the emotional needs of young people. She believes that if children are taught to value their self worth early, they will mature with an internal compass strong enough to guide them toward safe, respectful relationships and away from harm.

Lauren's work is deeply informed by both her professional insights and her personal journey. Her writing blends gentle storytelling with powerful emotional literacy tools to help children, caregivers and educators create a momentum of change around self-worth and safe relationships across generations.
