Robert Tibbs

Robert Tibbs writes sci-fi mystery thrillers set in the analog decade. Static is his debut novel and the opening book of the Dead Signal trilogy, which follows one signal from a desert monitoring station in 1996 to midnight on December 31, 1999.

He spent twenty-six years inside large federal technology programs, around the kinds of systems that are built to keep secrets. Eventually he decided to write about one that talked back. He is also the author of The Capture Compass, The Capture Campaign, and Winning Federal Contracts, three books on federal business development and capture.
