Dr. Sandra Zúñiga Garza is an educator, strategist, and storyteller who believes growth is always possible for students, for systems, and for communities.

An experienced school and college leader, she has dedicated her career to helping students succeed and guiding educators in building systems that truly work. Her first book, Beyond the Headlines, shares the true story of academic progress in Uvalde, Texas. Her children’s book, The Quest for the Safe Star, invites young readers to discover the power of courage, teamwork, and resilience.

Dr. Garza is the founder of Adelante Education, a platform devoted to inspiring leadership and innovation in education. Throughout her work, she has remained grounded in one core principle: measurable growth is hope in action.
