Dr Janine van Someren is a wellbeing consultant and performance coach with over 25 years’ experience in sport science, behaviour change, and corporate wellbeing. She helps busy professionals build habits that support energy, clarity, and resilience. Her PhD explored how elite Wimbledon tennis players carried high-performance routines into life beyond sport, insights she now applies to individuals navigating pressure, recovering from burnout, or returning to work after chronic illness. Janine blends wearable technology, positive psychology, and coaching to give clients an “X-ray of the day,” translating data into simple, meaningful habits.
