Hi, I’m Joelle, penname J. M. Kelts, and I’ve been building the world of Shantor for over 20 years.

What began as a whisper of imagination during quiet moments has grown into a vivid, living realm—one filled with ancient prophecies, elemental powers, hidden truths, and unforgettable characters.

But storytelling isn’t all I do.

As a life coach, trauma alchemist, and somatic practitioner, I’ve spent years walking with women on their healing journeys—helping them come home to themselves, uncover their truth, and reclaim their power. That work—the sacred practice of listening, feeling, and holding space—has shaped me into the storyteller I am today.

Because great stories, like deep healing, require presence. They require an understanding of human complexity—grief, longing, courage, hope.
