Elizabeth Attwell

Elizabeth is an educator, writer and founder of The Bright Puzzle Company. After studying Economics, Business and Spanish at the University of the West of England, she earned a PGCE in Secondary Education and spent over a decade teaching Maths, Economics and Finance across a range of educational settings. Her later work focused on tutoring students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs; a role that deepened her commitment to inclusive, student-centred learning.

In April 2025, Elizabeth launched The Bright Puzzle Company with a mission to transform traditional teaching tools. Her goal is to create fun, interactive educational resources that spark curiosity and go beyond the standard classroom experience.

Elizabeth is a passionate advocate for accessible, engaging education. Her debut book, The Economics of Boybands, is a personal and professional passion project. Written during recovery from a spinal inflammation linked to multiple sclerosis, the book channels her love of music and economics into something both heartfelt and insightful.

She lives in Devon with her family, her dogs and a growing collection of cherished band and tour T-shirts.
