Pamela Paramour grew up in a small town in North Carolina, She began dancing at the young age of two and a half. She studied Ballet at the North Carolina School of the Arts, now UNC School of the Arts. After years as a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer, she transitioned into the fitness arena. Pam is a certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine. Her dance and fitness career carried her to Los Angeles and New York City. While pursuing her dance career, she worked as a New York City Playboy Bunny. In her forties, Pam suffered debilitating depression for over five years. Having gained over 100 lb., she spent over 10 years rehabilitating herself and now shares her journey with words of encouragement and step by step directions on achieving health. Pam believes permanent weight loss can only be accomplished when the focus is on health. Through sharing her story, Pam's wish is to bring hope to others.
Pam currently lives in Florida and enjoys photography and walks on the beach. She has three grown children. all live in Florida, and many fur grandchildren.
