Mary McDowall

Mary McDowall is a co-creativepreneur, a multi-certified coach, small group facilitator and course creator. Known for Kindness in Motion: a mindset, a method and a movement in the making, she weaves the essence of kaizen, the play of creativity, and the spirit of Vedic wisdom into all her offerings. Mary is the co-founder of The Sacred Oasis: a gathering place for heart-led humans, and a graduate of and community leader for the Inner MBA program. She lives in her hometown of Parry Sound, ON.
