Manuel Díaz was born in Melilla, Spain, in 1967. Since his youth, he has been involved in the world of writing, reflection, and spiritual quests. In 2009, he published several works with Bubok, including "The Last Days of Katún" (an apocalyptic fiction novel). He also published an essay for self-taught athletes called "Boxing_Yoga Training System," which has been highly successful as an ebook download. Although he does not consider himself a professional writer, he has dedicated a good part of his life to observing the human soul, the silence of nature, and the mysteries of the heart. A tireless spiritual seeker, a lover of quiet paths, profound conversations, and free thought, he writes from the honesty of his experience and with the desire to share a more human, simple, and luminous vision of life. "The Guardian and the Little Flame" is one of his most personal projects, where he blends real experiences with symbolic conversations that invite introspection and inner awakening.
