Lace Flowers

Lace Flowers is a British Jamaican writer, home cook and founder of Empire Kitchen — a team performace consultancy that teaches founders, CEOs and their teams how to nourish themselves well. She has nearly two decades of practice at the intersection of food, family and human performance.

Lace is a contributing author in I'm a F*cking Entrepreneur Vol. 4 and Made with Love Vol. 2, where she shares 12 original recipes. Her first solo book, Beyond Coffee, offers caffeine-free versions of popular coffee drinks and treats. Her forthcoming narrative cookbook, Nourished to Lead: Food, Family and the Capacity to Keep Going, is her most personal work to date.

She writes from wherever her kitchen happens to be — currently South America, having previously cooked her way through Mexico, Guatemala, Dominican Republic and Colombia. She is also co-founder of The Flavor Room, a curated leadershop ecosystem for entrepreneurs and leaders of colour.
