Jay A Diem

Jay A. Diem is a U.S. Air Force veteran, entrepreneur, and writer whose work explores leadership, moral responsibility, and the tension between duty and conscience.

For more than twenty-five years, Jay has supported federal and military missions across government and the defense contracting community, working at the intersection of policy, security, and accountability. He is the founder of an AI-focused cybersecurity firm that helps organizations protect critical systems while navigating complex bureaucratic environments.

His debut novel, The Boar in the Pines, launches the Forged in Silence thriller series—stories that examine modern fraud, power, and the personal cost of choosing integrity when silence would be easier.

Jay is also the author of Power, Silicon, and Sand: Why the Gulf May Become the World’s Next AI Compute Hub and Program Manager’s Survival Guide: Navigating U.S. Federal Contracting.

He lives with his family and is a devoted father of two. His work is grounded in faith, character, and service. When he’s not writing, he can usually be found coaching youth ice hockey—or happily eating kimbap.
