With over 30 years of experience, Susan has worked with everyone—from frontline workers to senior executives—helping organizations streamline processes and achieve efficiency. Susan has taught thousands of students, supported hundreds of process improvement projects, and authored training materials and essential strategic guidance for process improvement.

Susan is also a published author, with books like Lean to the Corps and SPADES under her belt.
