Ray Lund is a former military officer, Director of Transformation, and co-author of The Mirror We Built. He leads automation and operational innovation across a national healthcare supply chain but his deeper work is bridging the gap between technology and humanity.

Ray doesn’t write about AI from an ivory tower. He writes from the warehouse floor and the battlefield of real decisions where leadership is tested, and the future is being shaped, one prompt at a time.

A West Point graduate and operator by training, Ray brings a mission-first mindset to the messy, high-stakes world of AI adoption. The Mirror We Built wasn’t just written with AI it was co-created through hundreds of unscripted, reflective conversations. The book is both the experiment and the thesis.
