Samuel M. Riley is the creator behind Sammy the Sailor™, a vibrant children’s book series that inspires curiosity, kindness, and a sense of adventure.

After working for years as an officer aboard cruise ships sailing across the globe, Samuel combined his love of travel and storytelling to create a brand that introduces young readers to the wonders of the world—starting with the incredible shortcut through the Panama Canal.

Through Samuel Riley Stories LLC, he writes, illustrates, and publishes books with heart, imagination, and global awareness.

When not sketching new adventures, Samuel enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and helping other creatives bring their stories to life.
